Fans of LOVE Island were taken aback when Emma Milton and Grace Jackson disclosed their covert friendship in tonight’s episode.
Viewers of ITV2 were shocked to learn that main villa star Grace, 25, and Casa Amor girl Emma, 21, had previously dated during their breakup.
They also revealed to 29-year-old host Maya Jama that they had just been dating a few days prior to Grace’s departure for the program to Majorca.
Maya inquired, “Do you lot know each other?” after seeing them mouthing at each other across the firepit.
“I was literally with her before I just came in here as well,” Grace retorted. “And you both didn’t tell each other?” the woman inquired.
“It’s just so weird,” Emma retorted, breaking into chuckles.
One user posted on X, the former Twitter platform: “SO EMMA + GRACE KNOW EACH OTHER TOO?!?” LOOOOOOL GOOD LUCK, MAN.”
“Emma & Grace know each other looooooooooool,” said another.
Another person wrote: “So Emma Grace and joey knew each other from outside the villa.. sigh the producers are weird with this one.”
Grace and Blade Siddiqi, the Casa boy, had returned to the villa, and Emma had made love to Konnor Ewudzi.
In the sister villa, Blade and personal trainer Moziah Pinder had engaged in a romantic triangle over her affections.
She gave Moziah’s smoldering bedroom kiss in last night’s show a score of ten out of ten.
Even though she appeared to be leaning in his direction, she ultimately chose to go for the butler in the buff Blade.
Joey Essex, her former boyfriend, awkwardly observed as she made her way back holding hands with her new partner.
Grace and Konnor had been in a friendship pair before they left the resort.
But tonight, in an attempt to make love happen, he made the decision to get married to Emma.
When sweet-toothed Sean Stone stayed with Matilda Draper, it was a very awkward moment.
Everything was OK until Maya became messy and demanded to know about Sean’s activities with Casa Amor.
